Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is offering a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program. You will work with Territory Sales Managers to analyze market data, support territory growth, and engage with cross-functional teams.

The internship emphasizes hands-on learning, retail execution, and delivering business impact within a dynamic sales organization. You will participate in field activities, learn how strategic plans translate into results, and present findings to leaders

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Enthusiasm for sales, consumer products, or commercial strategy.
• Ability to travel locally within the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Present project findings to business leaders at internship conclusion.
