Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern for a Summer 2027 in Field Sales to gain hands-on experience in sales and commercial operations within an assigned territory.

You will spend time in the field, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects supporting territory growth and consumer engagement. The program runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027, with a hybrid work model and paid hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship end.
