Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 in the United States. The 10-week program runs June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027 and provides hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations within a Territory Sales Manager internship.

Interns work alongside sales leaders to translate strategic plans into marketplace results. Interns will spend time in the field, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects supporting territory growth

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
