The intern will rotate through field sales and commercial operations within an assigned territory, gaining hands-on experience in retail execution, data analysis, and project delivery. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, development of business insights from data, and exposure to leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
