Philip Morris International U.S. is offering a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 to gain hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations.

Interns will work in a hybrid setting, spending time in the field with Territory Sales Managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive territory growth and consumer engagement. The program runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027, with an hourly pay of $30.00.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
