Philip Morris International U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027. You will gain hands-on field exposure, participate in ride-alongs, and analyze market data to drive territory growth while collaborating with experienced sales leaders across the organization.

The program runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027, with hybrid work options in the United States. You will contribute to strategic commercial priorities and present findings to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship end.
