Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is offering a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 in the United States. The program provides hands-on experience in territory sales, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with sales leaders.

You'll ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects that drive territory growth, with a flexible hybrid work model and opportunities to network with leaders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
