The role provides hands-on experience in field sales, retail execution, and analytics, with mentorship from senior sales leaders across an assigned territory. You'll spend time in the field analyzing market trends, supporting territory growth, and contributing to commercial initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to extract insights.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to leaders at internship end.
