Job summary

PMI U.S. Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 offers a 10-week program that provides hands-on experience in field sales, retail execution, analytics, and business development.

Interns work with senior sales leaders and will engage in projects that translate strategic plans into marketplace results. Interns will participate in ride-alongs, analyze market trends, and contribute to territory growth while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
