Job summary

PMI U.S. offers a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program that provides hands-on experience in field sales, analytics, and commercial operations.

You will work under experienced sales leaders in a dedicated territory, gaining visibility into how strategic plans translate to market results. Participants will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market data, and present findings to business leaders at the internship's end.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within the territory.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Present project findings to business leaders at internship end.
