Job summary

PMI U.S. Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 is a 10-week program in the United States designed to provide hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations.

Interns will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects that drive territory growth and retailer engagement. You will work with cross-functional teams, develop business recommendations, and present findings to leaders at the internship's end.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in sales, consumer products, business development, or commercial strategy.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
