Job summary

PMI U.S. Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 offers hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations within an assigned territory.

You will work alongside experienced sales leaders to translate strategic plans into real marketplace results and strengthen retailer relations to drive business performance. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
