Job summary

PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 to gain hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations.

You will work with experienced sales leaders on priorities within an assigned territory and spend time in the field analyzing market trends and supporting projects that drive territory growth. Interns will participate in ride-alongs, observe retail execution, and present findings to business leaders at the end of the program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
