PMI U.S. Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 offers hands-on experience across field sales and commercial operations within a 10-week program.

You will work with seasoned sales leaders to execute priorities, spend time in the field, analyze market trends, and contribute to territory growth and consumer engagement. You'll participate in ride-alongs, analyze data, and develop recommendations to boost performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams for meaningful, real-world

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
