Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a results-driven Field Sales Representative focused on Citrix solutions in the Denver, CO area. You will identify net-new customers, build strategic account plans, and drive pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner collaboration.

You will develop executive relationships across IT and security teams, manage the full sales cycle, and maintain accurate forecasting in Arrow systems. Hybrid work arrangement applies in Colorado with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4-year degree and several years of related sales experience.
• Experience selling infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions is highly valued.
• Ability to communicate value to executive-level decision-makers and manage complex pipelines.

Responsibilities

Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

• Identify, target, and acquire net-new customers within assigned territories through strategic outbound prospecting, account-based selling, and lead generation activities.
• Build and execute territory and account plans focused on creating pipeline and driving new business opportunities for Citrix and related Arrow solutions.
• Develop executive-level relationships with IT, infrastructure, cloud, security, and networking decision-makers to uncover business challenges and position value-based solutions.
• Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through proposal development, negotiations, and close, working closely with vendor partners, technical resources, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, and vendor teams to execute targeted campaigns, follow up on assigned leads, and convert demand generation activities into qualified opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity, and activity tracking within Salesforce.com and other Arrow sales systems.
• Conduct regular business reviews with leadership, providing visibility into territory performance, pipeline development, forecasting, and growth strategies.
• Promote Arrow's value-added services, professional services, lifecycle management, and supply chain capabilities as part of comprehensive customer solutions.
• Meet and exceed assigned revenue, pipeline creation, and activity-based performance metrics.

This job profile requires participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.

What We're Looking For

• Proven hunter mentality with a track record of generating net-new business opportunities and exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong prospecting skills across phone, email, social selling, and account-based outreach strategies.
• Experience selling infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions.
• Ability to communicate value to technical and business stakeholders, including executive decision-makers.
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity qualification skills.
• Experience working with vendor partners and leveraging partner ecosystems to accelerate customer acquisition.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Salesloft, and other sales productivity tools.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Experience / Education

Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Work Arrangement

For candidates in Colorado; Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

For candidates in other states; Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$84,300.00 - $125,402.51

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
