Job summary

GardaWorld Cash Services is seeking a driven Field Sales Representative to expand our presence with local and regional commercial customers. This field-based role is designed for a true hunter who opens doors, builds relationships, creates opportunities, and closes profitable business in the Orlando market.

You will develop your assigned territory through face-to-face prospecting, consultative selling, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach, understanding customers' cash-handling practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant experience.
• Proven B2B outside sales success with pipeline development.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a new-business sales strategy for an assigned geographic territory.
• Identify high-potential prospects, industries, and commercial areas within the market.
• Build a qualified sales pipeline through in-person prospecting, telephone outreach, referrals, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
• Establish relationships with decision-makers at local, regional, and multi-location businesses.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospective customers' cash-handling practices, operational challenges, and business priorities.
• Present GardaWorld Cash Services capabilities, including secure cash transportation, deposit solutions, cash automation, cash recycling, cash-management services, cash information and reporting solutions, ClearValue, and other evolving solutions.
• Recommend solutions that align with each customer's operational and commercial requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
