Retractable Technologies, Inc. is seeking a field sales professional to promote the world’s most advanced needle technology and build essential connections within the healthcare system. After training, you’ll oversee an extensive territory.

You’ll need a bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of related experience, comfort with laptops and smartphones, and a willingness to travel 50%+. You’ll use Salesforce and the latest sales AI tools; some events may require weekends or holidays.

What You’ll Do:

• Promote the most advanced needle technology in the world.
• Build close connections with invaluable members of the healthcare system.
• Upon completion of training, you’ll oversee extensive territory.
• Manage customer activity and create dependable connections, inside and outside of RTI.
• Use the latest sales AI system in conjunction with Salesforce.
• You may be required to work the occasional weekend and holiday for important events such as tradeshows.

What You Have:

• A cheerful outlook on selling products that could help people.
• A bachelor’s degree along with 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
• A basic familiarity with standard devices such as laptops and smartphones.
• A passion for traveling whenever and wherever you are needed, 50% or more over large territories.
• A desire to make a lasting contribution to the healthcare systems as we transform the industry from manual to automated devices.
