Retractable Technologies, Inc. seeks a field-based sales professional to promote automated retraction needle technology across a broad territory. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare providers and manage customer activity.

The role requires travel across large regions, weekend/holiday events, and the use of Salesforce with an advanced sales AI system to optimize territory coverage and growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of related field experience.
• Cheerful attitude toward selling products that help people.
• Basic familiarity with laptops and smartphones.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time across large territories.

Responsabilidades

• Promote advanced needle technology.
• Build connections with healthcare system members.
• Oversee extensive territory after training.
• Manage customer activity and create dependable connections inside/outside RTI.

What You’ll Do

• Promote the most advanced needle technology in the world.
• Build close connections with invaluable members of the healthcare system.
• Upon completion of training, you’ll oversee extensive territory.
• Manage customer activity and create dependable connections, inside and outside of RTI.
• Use the latest sales AI system in conjunction with Salesforce.
• You may be required to work the occasional weekend and holiday for important events such as tradeshows.

What You Have

• A cheerful outlook on selling products that could help people.
• A bachelor’s degree along with 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
• A basic familiarity with standard devices such as laptops and smartphones.
• A passion for traveling whenever and wherever you are needed, 50% or more over large territories.
• A desire to make a lasting contribution to the healthcare systems as we transform the industry from manual to automated devices.
