Job summary

Retractable Technologies, Inc. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive adoption of our automated retraction needle products across a broad territory.

You will promote cutting-edge needle technology, establish strong relationships with nurses and medical staff, and manage activity across extensive geographic regions after completing training. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in a related field, with a strong willingness to travel 50% or more.

• Basic familiarity with laptops/computers and standard devices.

Responsibilities

• Promote the most advanced needle technology to healthcare providers.

• Oversee extensive territory after training completion.
• Manage customer activity and create durable connections inside and outside RTI.
• Utilize the latest sales AI system with Salesforce to drive results.
• Possibly work weekends/holidays for events like tradeshows.

What You Have:

• A cheerful outlook on selling products that could help people.
• A bachelor's degree along with 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
• A basic familiarity with standard devices such as laptops.
• A passion for traveling whenever and wherever you are needed, 50% or more over large territories.
• A desire to make a lasting contribution to the healthcare systems as we transform the industry from manual to automated devices.
