Job summary

Retractable Technologies, Inc. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to promote our advanced automated retraction needle technology across a broad territory.

After training, you will oversee extensive regional coverage and build durable relationships with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare staff. The role emphasizes leveraging a cutting-edge AI-assisted sales platform and Salesforce to manage activity and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of related field experience.
• Basic familiarity with standard devices like laptops.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time.
• Desire to contribute to transforming healthcare from manual to automated systems.

• You may be required to work the occasional weekend and holiday for important events such as tradeshows.

What You Have:

• A cheerful outlook on selling products that could help people.
• A bachelor's degree along with 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
• A basic familiarity with standard devices such as laptops.
• A passion for traveling whenever and wherever you are needed, 50% or more over large territories.
• A desire to make a lasting contribution to the healthcare systems as we transform the industry from manual to automated devices.
