Retractable Technologies, Inc. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to promote our advanced needle technology and build lasting relationships within the healthcare system.

After training, you will oversee an extensive territory and manage customer activity, connecting with stakeholders inside and outside RTI. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of related experience, a willingness to travel 50% or more, and familiarity with common devices.

• Upon completion of training, you’ll oversee extensive territory.

• Use the latest sales AI system in conjunction with Salesforce.
• You may be required to work the occasional weekend and holiday for important events such as tradeshows.

What You Have

• A cheerful outlook on selling products that could help people.
• A bachelor’s degree along with 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
• A basic familiarity with standard devices such as laptops and smartphones.
• A passion for traveling whenever and wherever you are needed, 50% or more over large territories.
