Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell our products and services in a regional market.

You will develop new prospects and maintain contact with established customers, visiting them at their business sites or other off-site locations. You will meet or exceed gross margin budgets, handle customer issues, keep records, participate in trade shows, and demonstrate products after sale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years industry-specific experience required; 4+ years preferred.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to sell persuasively.
• Ability to learn the business and work independently to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual gross margin budgets by promoting and selling products.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and report potential claims.
• Maintain customer records and assist in collections; keep management informed of market conditions.
