Graybar Electric Company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell our products and services in a specialized market. You will develop new prospects and maintain contact with established customers, regularly visiting them at their site of business or other off-site locations.

You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding the annual gross margin budget by promoting and selling within the assigned territory, handling customer complaints, and reporting claims.

Qualifications

• 3+ years industry-specific experience required; 4+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of business administration, sales, and marketing.
• Negotiation skills and ability to learn our business.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed annual gross margin budget by promoting and selling products in the assigned territory.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and report potential claims.
• Maintain customer records and reports of transactions; assist in collections.
• Carry out sales and merchandise programs; suggest new items for stock.
• Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings.
• Demonstrate products after sale when necessary.
