System One is seeking a Sales Representative - Business Development to drive new business for Clover POS in Jacksonville, FL. You will manage a territory, perform on-site demos, and close deals, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The ideal candidate has proven outside sales experience with a quota mindset, excels at self-sourcing leads, building relationships with clients and partners, and delivering proactive solutions to drive growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with a proven quota track record.
• Ability to self-source leads and build a pipeline.
• Strong relationship-building with clients and partners.
• Experience selling payment solutions or merchant services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell Clover, an industry-leading cloud-based POS platform, to SMBs in your assigned territory.
• Manage a territory with branches and build referrals with business bankers to grow deals.
• Conduct on-site product demos and presentations to close sales.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, self-sourcing leads, referrals, and closing deals.
• Hit quota/KPI targets and turn around underperforming accounts through proactive solutions.
