Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to join our sales team and drive growth for small business clients across data, phone, video, and mobile services. You will prospect within your territory, perform needs analyses, and guide leads from initial contact to final sale.

The role requires field-based selling with occasional office work, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years of telecom or technical industry experience.
• English reading/writing/speaking proficiency.
• Valid State driver's license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses within your assigned sales territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify Spectrum Business solutions for each client.
• Achieve sales and product targets across data, phone, video and mobile services by guiding leads through the sale.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and closed deals using required software and tools.
• Collaborate with other groups to ensure seamless order execution and customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum's products and strategies.
• Simplify and enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
