Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to deliver essential communication solutions to small business clients. This field-based role drives growth in your assigned territory and supports the Spectrum Business Sales Team.

You will conduct consultative needs analyses, close deals across data, phone, video and mobile services, and maintain CRM records. Daily field selling with some office days, travel, and a strong customer focus are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/marketing.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years in telecom/technical industry.
• Must read/write/speak/understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business in assigned sales territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales and product targets across data, phone, video and mobile services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and closed deals using required software and tools.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum’s products and strategies.
• Simplify and enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
