Job summary

MiMedx is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in the Texas Port Arthur region, selling regenerative biologics and wound care products. You will identify opportunities, present to physicians and hospitals, and manage reimbursement discussions across the territory.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in healthcare sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals, and experience in high-growth environments.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline
• 2-5 years of experience in related field with 1-3 years of progressive responsible positions, or verifiable ability
• MS/MA and 1-3 years of experience in related field; certification in some areas
• Prefer 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue segments of healthcare
• Previous experience in high-growth organizations and developing relationships that fueled growth

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve defined sales performance goals for products and tissue offerings
• Identify and execute market opportunities with new marketing strategies, plans and revenue growth
• Conduct presentations to customers and prospects on company products and their usages
• Research and resolve reimbursement issues for customers
• Collaborate with reimbursement team to support physicians and billing departments
• Provide accurate reporting and territory sales forecasts
• Maintain awareness of industry activities and local market knowledge
• Utilize studies to advance knowledge of products and tissue offerings
• Define territory plans for revenue and goals across current and future periods
