Job summary

ConnectPay is seeking an Outside Sales Account Executive to cover the MetroWest, MA region. You will guide exploratory conversations with small businesses to understand payroll needs and map ConnectPay’s payroll solutions to client requirements.

The role is field-based with a focus on meeting prospective clients, building a solid pipeline, and closing new business. A base salary ranges with commission potential, and strong performers can earn substantial incentives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
• Experience hunting/prospecting in outside sales.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle: pipeline development, qualifying opportunities, meetings with prospects, and closing deals.
• Develop and maintain a defined sales territory within MetroWest, MA.
• Build referral networks with local business influencers and leaders.
• Track and report sales activity daily/weekly/monthly.
