Job summary

Xplor Technologies seeks motivated sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and portfolio ownership, ideal for those seeking control over their earnings and schedule.

Responsibilities include visiting local businesses, educating owners on how to save on payments, closing deals, and earning activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
