Job summary

Xplor Technologies seeks motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and the freedom to manage your time, with full training and support.

Responsibilities include going to local businesses to present payment processing solutions, educating owners on savings, closing deals, and earning activation bonuses plus ongoing commissions. Remote work is allowed within the US with eligible work rights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions with long‑term residuals.
