Job summary

Rexel USA in Houston, TX is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth with new and existing customers. You will promote, demonstrate and sell our electrical and data products, build relationships, and collaborate with suppliers to plan sales strategies and expand markets.

Travel to customer sites is required to cover assigned territories, and you will deliver outstanding service while hitting quota.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or electrical industry experience
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of products and applications in electrical/distribution industry
• Familiarity with ERP & CRM tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products and communicate features/benefits
• Grow business by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts
• Collaborate with leadership and suppliers on sales strategies and market development
• Assist customers in product selection using internal experts and supplier reps
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing communication
