Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Field Sales Executive to support the Kilmarnock and Irvine area, promoting Cadbury, Oreo, Toblerone and more with independent retailers. You will build strong relationships, drive promotions and launch new products.

You will also manage visual merchandising, report results, and strive to meet annual KPIs. A valid driving license is essential, with access to a company car and mobile tools.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in FMCG/CPG preferred but other fields considered.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numeracy and analytical abilities.
• Perseverance and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sell Mondelēz brands (Cadbury, Oreo, Toblerone, etc.) into Independent and Symbol retailers.
• Ensure maximum visual impact and optimal shelf availability through merchandising.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities.
• Place and implement point-of-purchase materials.
• Report on activities and outcomes.
• Deliver field KPIs and hit annual objectives.
