Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Field Sales Executive to cover north Glasgow, Kirkintilloch & Kilsyth. You will drive sales of Cadbury, Oreo, Maynard’s and more by building strong retailer relationships, optimizing shelf presence, and launching exciting new products.

If you excel in FMCG and field sales, this is your chance to grow with iconic brands. You will manage promotions, track KPIs, and report on progress, with a 6-month probation and a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling market-leading brands to independent and symbol retailers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numeracy and analytical abilities.
• Driver's license essential (auto/manual).

Responsibilities

• Sell Mondelēz brands into independent and Symbol retailers regularly.
• Ensure visual impact and shelf availability through merchandising.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities.
• Place and use point-of-buy materials.
• Report on activities and results.
• Meet field KPI targets and annual objectives.
