Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Field Sales Executive to cover Walsall, Stafford, Cannock area. You will build strong relationships with retailers, drive sales of Cadbury, Oreo and other brands, and lead promotions and merchandising to boost shelf impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling FMCG/CPG brands into independent and symbol retailers.
• Strong merchandising skills to maximise shelf presence.
• Ability to plan, implement and monitor promotional activities.
• Experience placing and evaluating POS materials at store level.
• Ability to report on field activities and results.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numeracy and analytic capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Sell Cadbury, Oreo, Maynard's Bassetts and more into Independent and Symbol retailers on a regular basis.
• Ensure maximum visual impact and shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities.
• Place POS materials and ensure correct implementation.
• Report on field activities and outcomes.
• Deliver field KPIs and achieve annual sales targets.
