Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Field Sales Executive to cover the Kilmarnock and Irvine area. You will drive sales of Cadbury, Oreo and other brands to Independent and Symbol retailers, while ensuring strong shelving, promotion execution and POS material implementation.

You will report on activities, monitor promotions and achieve field KPIs to meet annual objectives. A company car and mobile devices are provided, with bi-annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in FMCG/CPG preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Perseverance and attention to detail.
• A driver's license with up to 3 points; comfortable with manual or automatic vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell Mondelēz brands into Independent and Symbol retailers.
• Ensure maximum visual impact and optimal shelf availability through merchandising.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities.
• Place and implement point-of-sale materials.
• Report on activities and deliver field KPIs to meet annual objectives.
