Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Field Sales Executive to cover the Sheffield area, driving growth for Cadbury, Oreo and other beloved brands. You will visit independent and symbol retailers, optimize displays, implement promotions and report on activity.

The role offers a permanent contract, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and bi-annual bonus. A company car, mobile and tablet are provided, plus generous annual leave and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Sales experience—preferably FMCG/CPG, other fields considered.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numeracy and analytical abilities.
• Perseverance and meticulous attention to detail.
• Driver's license is essential with up to 3 points.

Responsibilities

• Sell Cadbury, Oreo and other brands into independent and symbol retailers.
• Maximize visual impact and ensure optimal shelf availability through merchandising.
• Plan and monitor promotional activities.
• Place and implement point-of-buy materials.
• Report on activities and results.
• Deliver field KPIs and achieve annual objectives.
