Mondelēz International is seeking a Field Sales Executive to cover Walsall, Stafford and Cannock, promoting Cadbury, Oreo and other brands to independent and symbol retailers. The role focuses on driving promotions, merchandising and achieving sales KPIs.

You will report outcomes, build retailer relationships, and manage the field activities within a regional business framework. A driver’s license is essential, with a company car provided.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in FMCG/CPG or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Perseverance and attention to detail.
• Driver's license with up to 3 points; comfortable with manual or automatic transmission.

Responsabilités

• Sell Cadbury, Maynard’s, Bassetts and Oreo to Independent and Symbol retailers.
• Ensure maximum visual impact and shelf availability through merchandising.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities across the region.
• Place and execute point-of-purchase materials.
• Report on activities and deliver field KPIs to meet annual targets.
