• 2+ years of professional experience in HVAC, Building automation, IT, or Industrial Networking.
• Direct experience with IP networking, Modbus protocols, or PLC programming.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and optimize DDC systems; ensure controls, sensors, and networks meet performance standards.
• Proactive problem solving to mitigate project risks before timelines are affected.
• Train owners on system operation and collaborate with Project Managers to manage risks and improve execution.
• Travel as needed and own end-to-end projects from start to finish.
