Qualifications

• Extensive overnight travel; some weekend travel required.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and some software issues.
• Educate customers on operation and maintenance of the system.
• Demonstrate products at customer sites or remotely from Tucson.

Responsibilities

• Install and service remote racking systems on site following company policies.
• Follow site safety requirements in industrial environments.
• Prepare field service reports and installation records in a timely manner.
• Serve as the technical expert during sales conversations with clients.
• Collaborate with engineering to address customer requirements and propose solutions.
