Job summary

Insight Global in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site product support, diagnose faults, conduct preventative maintenance, and install/commission equipment at customer sites with travel to client locations nationwide.

You will work from North Phoenix base, collaborate with clients, read electrical schematics and drawings, and ensure safety protocols are followed while delivering reliable service and building strong customer relations.

Job description

This position would sit in North Phoenix but require travel to client sites nationwide as needed!

Field Service Engineer: The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing product support and technical know-how to customers at assigned customer sites. Diagnoses and remedies faults, performs preventative maintenance, installs and commissions of products. Completes all tasks with precision while ensuring safe practices are upheld.
