Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new customers through outbound prospecting and lead generation
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in industrial/manufacturing markets
• Assess customer applications to recommend custom enclosure solutions
• Gather and qualify information to support quoting and project execution
• Meet or exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets
• Develop long-term relationships with customers as accounts mature
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to close and ongoing support
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and operations to meet customer expectations
• Maintain CRM records, documentation, and forecasting
• Represent the company professionally at customer sites and industry events
