Job summary

Asurion in Northern California seeks a Sales Enablement Market Manager to act as a sales enabler between Asurion and a wireless carrier’s sales channels, focusing on growth areas within carrier-owned retail and indirect dealers. This role drives Mobility & Home Protection POS performance through field training and leadership coaching, and implements continuing education training and social media campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in sales-related role; field experience preferred.
• Wireless retail experience preferred; consumer electronics background helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop POS growth strategies to accelerate Mobility & Home Protection performance.
• Identify best practices, document them, and disseminate across channels.
• Lead in-store training and coach sales reps to improve product knowledge and confidence.
• Conduct on-floor coaching, side-by-side selling, and post-visit follow-ups with leadership.
• Perform virtual trainings and collaborate with Client Service teams.
