Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is actively seeking a Sales Consultant to drive branch growth by identifying prospects and closing new business across food & beverage, industrial, and healthcare sectors. The role reports to a Regional Sales Manager who will train and coach you during a 13-week program.

Compensation includes a base salary of $42,000–$45,000 with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle with gas card, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong time management and territory management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by actively managing the Salesforce funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers smoothly.
• Prepare for weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers for smooth handoff to service team.
• Daily travel within designated sales territory.
