TopBuild Corp. is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant in Fort Myers, FL to grow our residential and light commercial accounts.

You will identify prospects, conduct daily sales calls, present proposals, and close deals while delivering knowledge of our energy-efficient insulation and building materials. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales experience in building products or construction, is highly motivated, and comfortable traveling locally (>50%).

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Proven ability to identify prospects and close deals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and generate/ follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls and present proposals.
• Generate new business leads and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend materials based on needs.
• Meet monthly sales targets and communicate safety programs to customers.
