TruTeam is seeking a Sales Consultant to sell insulation and building materials to residential and light commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will have construction sales experience and be driven to build trusted customer relationships.

Responsibilities include lead generation, daily sales calls, proposals, and meeting monthly targets while promoting safety on job sites. Travel is local; flexibility for evenings/weekends may be required.

Competenze

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required for company duties.

Mansioni

• Identify prospective customers and generate/follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, present proposals, generate leads and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and suggest materials/services based on customer needs.
• Monitor market conditions, product innovations and competitor pricing.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Communicate safety programs to customers at sale inception and inspect sites for safety concerns.
• Manage customer experience from sale to project completion.
• Other duties as assigned.
