U.S. Fall Protection, based near Florence, KY, is expanding its sales team to protect workers at height by offering turnkey fall-protection solutions.

You will manage a defined territory, engage building owners, facility managers, and contractors, and guide customers from discovery through closing deals. The role requires 3–5 years of quota-carrying sales in safety or construction, excellent communication, and willingness to travel and climb ladders.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of quota-carrying sales success in safety, construction, industrial, or equipment rental preferred.
• Exceptional communication, rapport-building, organization, and follow-through.
• Working knowledge of OSHA 1910/1926 fall protection standards preferred.
• Readiness to travel, climb ladders and multiple stair flights, and operate comfortably at height.

Responsabilidades

• Expand relationships with building owners, facility managers, contractors, and manufacturers.
• Identify influencers, prioritize targets, and manage a full-cycle sales process.
• Advise customers on appropriate fall protection products and services for each environment.
• Maintain clean, current data in CRM and coordinate with GM, Estimators, Marketing, and Technical Support.
