Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to analyze data and information.
• Proficient with SGWS technology and CRM.
• Strong presentation and product proposal skills.
• Proficient with mobile devices and online communication.
• Able to travel as needed and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Team player and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Visit accounts regularly, build rapport, and identify sales opportunities.
• Develop a customer business growth plan and pipeline of selling opportunities.
• Analyze data to drive increased sales and growth for accounts.
• Pre‑plan visits with agendas and document notes in CRM (Proof).
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and position them effectively.
• Propose selling solutions and close sales using consultative skills.
• Attend sales meetings, on-site trainings, and supplier events as required.
