Qualifications

• Two years of sales leadership and coaching experience preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in consultative or in-home selling processes.

Responsibilities

• In-field coaching and development of Flooring Consultants through ride-alongs.
• Own and optimize the in-home sales process using Empire offerings and Home Floor Advantage.
• Translate performance data into coaching priorities and improve KPIs.
• Lead skill-building sessions and onboarding for new consultants.
