Job summary

Empire Today is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead in-home sales delivery through a designated team of Flooring Consultants. The role emphasizes in-field coaching, real-time observation, and coaching to improve customer experience and market results.

The position focuses on established brand standards, leveraging sample boards, and technology to ensure consultants achieve their earning potential while delivering Empire's Home Floor Advantage. Strong coaching and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales leadership and coaching experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in consultative or in-home selling processes.

Responsibilities

• In-field coaching and development: spend 50% in the field conducting ride-alongs to observe customer interactions and provide coaching.
• Own the end-to-end in-home sales experience and home floor advantage branding.
• Translate performance data into actionable coaching priorities for consultants.
• Model best-in-class sales behaviors through live demonstrations and assistant selling.
• Exercise decision authority to enable growth and development of Flooring Consultants in home visits.
