Empire Today is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a team of Flooring Consultants, delivering the Empire in-home experience. The role is primarily field-based, focusing on in-field coaching, real-time feedback, and development to improve customer experience and market results.

The role emphasizes observation of sales interactions, coaching to improve performance metrics, and modeling best-in-class selling techniques across the field.

Formación

• Preferred two years of sales leadership and coaching experience, ideally in a Shop-At-Home environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in consultative or in-home selling processes.
• Strong ability to observe, diagnose and improve sales behaviors.

Responsabilidades

• In-Field Coaching & Development: spend 50% of time in the field conducting structured ride-alongs to observe and coach.
• Deliver immediate, actionable coaching to strengthen customer engagement and in-home experience.
• Identify strengths and skill gaps and translate observations into targeted development plans.
• Reinforce best-practice sales behaviors to improve customer confidence, satisfaction, and conversions.
